Booking Policy

Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that our clients receive the highest level of service and professionalism when booking with us. 

 

Cancellations: 

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel, reschedule or make amendments to your appointment, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance. A $50 fee may otherwise be charged. 

Confirmation: 

Appointments not confirmed within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will be re-contacted by text, phone or email. Failure to confirm may result in appointment cancellation.  

Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays to other clients. 

 

Gift Vouchers: 

Cancellation within 48 hours may result in a $50 fee deduction from the gift voucher total. 

Failure to attend your appointment may result in gift voucher being voided.
